Program Phase Structure

Phase I — Mandatory
Learning & Contribution Internship
Duration: 90 Days (180 hours)
Stipend: Nil — Learning engagement
Outcomes: Completion Certificate + Experience Letter
Eligibility for Phase II: Score ≥70%, Attendance ≥85%
Phase II — Optional
Performance-Based Extension
Duration: 3–12 months additional
Nature: Incentive-based or paid (subject to funding)
Requires: Written extension agreement
Outcomes: Advanced Experience Letter + Extended Role Certificate
Phase III — Discretionary
Engagement & Placement Pathway
Eligibility: 6+ months continuous association
Opportunities: Paid internship / Contractual / Placement
Decision: Board/CEO approval required

Youth Employment NSQF Aligned Placement Tracking

Skill Development & Workforce Readiness

Objective: Equip underserved youth with certified, industry-relevant skills to achieve sustainable formal employment.

Execution

  • Structured training aligned with NSQF and industry standards
  • Delivery via residential training centers, mobile units, and online platforms
  • Partnerships with sector skill councils, TVET institutions, and corporate placement networks
  • Digital tools for attendance tracking, competency assessment, and placement management

Livelihoods SHG Facilitation Financial Literacy

Women Empowerment & Economic Inclusion

Objective: Advance women's economic independence through enterprise development, financial literacy, and market linkages.

  • Livelihood and enterprise programs for women from low-income households
  • Training in financial literacy, digital commerce, and business management
  • SHG facilitation and microfinance linkages through NABARD and partner MFIs
  • Market access: B2B linkages, government scheme enrolment, e-commerce platforms

RPwD Act 2016 WCAG 2.1 AA Employer Sensitisation

Disability Inclusion & Employment Enablement

Objective: Remove structural barriers to employment for persons with disabilities through an end-to-end inclusion framework.

Execution

  • Disability-inclusive skill training with assistive technology and accessible learning materials
  • Employer sensitization programs and inclusive hiring roadmaps
  • Platforms compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508, and RPwD Act 2016
  • Partnerships with DPOs, government vocational rehabilitation centers, and HR networks

Remedial Education Teacher Training Digital Learning

Education & Capacity Building

Objective: Strengthen foundational learning and institutional capacity for sustained, long-term community development.

Execution

  • Remedial and bridge education for out-of-school youth and first-generation learners
  • Teacher and community educator training modules for scalable delivery
  • Digital learning tools with offline-compatible content for low-connectivity environments
